1. General
By using this website and/or our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all communications, agreements and services provided by Ideatec.

2. Services
Ideatec offers consulting, CAD design, prototyping and manufacturing services. All projects and deliveries are carried out according to the agreed scope, price and schedule.

3. Intellectual property rights
All ideas, files and documents you share with us remain your property. Ideatec cannot use, distribute or reproduce any material without written consent from you as the owner.

4. Confidentiality
All content and information shared in connection with a project is treated confidentially. We are happy to sign an NDA if necessary.

5. GDPR and privacy
Ideatec complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only collect personal information necessary to provide our services (e.g. name, email, telephone).
This information is stored securely, is not used for marketing without consent, and is never shared with third parties without your express consent.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data at any time – please contact us to exercise your rights.

6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver products according to the agreed delivery method and time. If parts are damaged or lost during shipping, Ideatec will be responsible for replacing or resending at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Satisfaction guarantee
We want all our customers to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will make the necessary adjustments or find a solution – in dialogue with you – to ensure a good end result.

8. Limitation of liability
Ideatec is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our services, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

9. Payment and invoicing
Services are invoiced according to agreement. Changes in the scope of the project may result in adjusted prices.

10. Deliveries and revisions
We deliver within the agreed deadline. Minor revisions are included, while larger changes are agreed separately.

11. Changes to Terms
Ideatec reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The current version will always be available on the website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be handled by Norwegian courts.
